How the sellers disclosure affects us in Yardley, Newtown or Bucks County, PA
Pennsylvania law requires that sellers disclose any know material facts about their property to every potential buyer.
If there is a failure to disclose an issue that results in damage or financial loss after the settlement, the buyer can use the failure to disclose to hold the seller responsible for the loss. This can happen even years after the settlement.
